Payment and Billing Policy

This Payment and Billing Policy applies to purchases of BrightNext online courses and related digital educational products.

Course Prices

Current standard course prices are DMX Course at $700, GrandMA Course at $1,000, and ChamSys Course at $500, unless a different price is clearly displayed during a promotion or at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without affecting completed orders.

Payment Authorization

Payment is due at checkout unless another arrangement is expressly stated. The purchaser authorizes the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Billing Information

Purchasers must provide accurate billing information and are responsible for ensuring that the payment method is authorized for use. Orders may be delayed or rejected when information cannot be verified.

Taxes

Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be calculated based on the purchaser’s location, billing information, or legal requirements. The total amount due will be displayed before payment is completed where required.

Payment Providers

Transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. BrightNext does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification requirements, and privacy practices.

Failed or Reversed Payments

Course access may be delayed, suspended, or removed when payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received. Users should contact BrightNext before initiating a chargeback so that billing questions can be reviewed directly.

Receipts and Records

A transaction confirmation or receipt may be sent electronically. Purchasers are responsible for retaining records needed for accounting, reimbursement, or tax purposes.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to stated eligibility, expiration dates, usage limits, and exclusions. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
