Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of online courses and digital educational content from BrightNext.

Digital Course Purchases

Because course access and digital materials may be delivered immediately after payment, refund eligibility is limited. A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase and before the user has completed more than 20% of the purchased course or downloaded a substantial portion of included digital materials.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied where the request is submitted after the stated period, a substantial portion of the course has been accessed, downloadable materials have been extensively retrieved, account sharing or misuse has occurred, or the request relates solely to a change of mind after significant use.

Technical Issues

Users experiencing access or technical problems should contact BrightNext promptly and provide sufficient information to investigate. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide an appropriate technical solution before a refund decision is made.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Potential duplicate transactions or suspected unauthorized charges should be reported promptly. Verification may be required before an adjustment or refund is issued.

Course Cancellation by BrightNext

If BrightNext permanently cancels a course before access is delivered and cannot provide a reasonably comparable replacement, the amount paid for that course will be refunded. Temporary maintenance, content updates, or platform interruptions do not constitute course cancellation.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days after approval.

How to Request a Refund

A request should include the purchaser’s name, email address, order information, course purchased, date of purchase, and a clear explanation of the request. Additional verification may be requested to protect against fraud.
